<span>We have great news to share with all Wise Agent users! After making some changes to our email sending feature, we are now able to increase the daily email sending limit for all Wise Agent accounts to 2500 emails per day!</span><br />
We’ve been working hard to make sure your email reputation is maintained, and by automating the process of opting your contacts into emails you’ll be sending your message to the exact people that need to hear it!</p>

<p dir="ltr">When you upload a list of contacts, add an individual contact, or when a lead is auto-populated into Wise Agent from another source, the emails are scrubbed to ensure that they are valid email addresses. During the email validation and sending process, your clients’ email address may be assigned to a new category, matching the word with the result of the validation (ie: UNSUBSCRIBED, INVALID, or CLEANED).</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Here's a quick breakdown of the categories and word descriptions:</h4>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">UNSUBSCRIBED - If the contact has the category of UNSUBSCRIBED, this individual has requested to be removed from any further email correspondence. </p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">INVALID - If you attempt to send a message to an email address that does not exist or is no longer valid, the contact will be added to the category of INVALID. This may result from a typo, so the suggested action is to first check the spelling of the email address. </p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">CLEANED - When a contact is added to a category of CLEANED, this means the email you sent to this particular contact made several attempts to deliver the message and the end result was unsuccessful. This happens when Wise Agent checks the validity of the email address. </p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">REMOVE- If the category of REMOVE is added, the recipient has requested to be removed from any further correspondence using our previous send email method.</p>
