At <a href="http://www.wiseagent.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="WiseAgent CRM">Wise Agent</a>, we <strong>love the feedback</strong> we receive from our members – we are always adding new things based on members’ requests! Along those lines, we have recently updated the functionality for Buyer’s agents.</span> <span>You can now <strong>add new buyer search criteria</strong>, and easily search your database to match your client with new listings. Choose the area/neighborhood, the square footage, the price range, and even the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.</span></p>

<h2>Add Search Criteria to Your Contacts</h2>
<p dir="ltr">Go to the <a href="https://wiseagent.com/blog/Wise-Agent-CRMs-Contact-Summary-Pages">Contact Summary Page</a> and select the tab Search Criteria. Then simply add the city, ZIP code, price, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms that your buyer is looking for. There is also a section for additional notes like what school district your buyer prefers.</p>
<p dir="ltr">This way you can note down exactly what your buyer wants without needing to memorize it.</p>
