<p>Landvoice helps Real Estate Professionals by e-mailing FSBO leads from every source every day, as well as providing Realtors accurate contact information on expired listings from your MLS.</p>
<p>These are the types of leads that Landvoice provides:</p>
<p><span><strong>LandvoiceExpired</strong> has a basic and Pro version that provides you with anywhere from 60%-95% of phone numbers for expired listing leads, including cell phones. Their built-in management tool will help you sort, manage, search, tag, and much more. It will help mange your expired leads more efficiently. </span></p>
<p><span><strong>LandvoiceFSBO</strong> searches approximately 2,000 sources to find every FSBO lead possible. It allows you to see all the FSBO leads from the last 6 months. They also have leads delivered via email each day for immediate access to property and contact information. </span></p>
<p><span><strong>Neighborhood Search,</strong> this tool for unlimited searching of neighborhood data, including names, addresses, and phone numbers. Simply enter an address and Neighborhood Search will find this data for all the nearby homeowners.</span></p>
<p><strong>Pre-Foreclosures, </strong>this is often overlooked by many agents, these homeowners may be very motivated to sell quickly. Simply choose a county and search from among thousands of records, including Notice of Default and Lis Pendens.</p>

<li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Login to your Wise Agent account and click Contacts > Leads. Copy your Wise Agent API Key under the API section.</li>
<li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Login to your Landvoice account.</li>
<li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Click on the “My Account” link to the far right</li>
<li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Enter your Wise Agent API Key in the provided field</li>
<li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Make sure to save your changes.</li>
</ol>
