As a real estate professional, one of the most essential tools at your disposal is your real estate CRM. A CRM (customer relationship management) system can track and manage your contacts, properties, leads, and more.

One of the most valuable features of a CRM is its reporting capabilities. These CRM reports provide insights into your business that can help you make more informed decisions about your marketing strategy, sales pipeline, and overall business growth.

Reporting in Wise Agent

Wise Agent gives you easy access to reporting for every part of your CRM in one comprehensive dashboard. Once logged in to your Wise Agent account, you will find your reports under the Home drop-down by clicking Reports.

You can sort these reports by all reports, activity reports, broker reports, email reports, lead reports, team reports, and goals reports. The all reports tab will display reports for every category at once so you can have a bird’s eye view of everything happening in your account.

However, you can narrow your reporting to only focus on what is most important to you. For example, the activities report tab will display reports for web activity, call list activity, transactions, marketing campaigns, and planner events.

You can click on each report, and a detailed display will appear. If you click on the Call List icon, Call list totals will display below with a graph and a chart to see detailed information for yourself or your team, and each icon will display a detailed report.

Email Reporting

The email tab is where you can see your total emails for any specified date range. You can also see who has read and replied to your emails and how many times your emails have been opened. You can also see the same information for texting here.

You can also find more detailed reporting on specific emails by going into the stats on that email through the Email Contacts page. This will give you information on the number of emails delivered, opened, bounced, and unsubscribed. You can also find information on the number of times links in your email were clicked.

Lead Reporting

The leads tab shows how your lead sources are performing and where you get the most leads. This can help you decide which sources give you an ROI or what marketing is performing best.

You can also see leads by rank and status for inside and outside team members. This can give you valuable insight into the status of leads being worked on by specific team members and how quickly they are moving through the pipeline.

Team Reporting

The team tab is where you can further gauge the progress of your inside and outside team members. It will display call list actions, daily planner events, task list events, leads by team, lead count by status, and team leads total.

By clicking on any of these reports, you’ll have a graph and a chart breakdown of the status of these activities for each team member. With this information, you can quickly spot areas where team members are thriving and identify areas needing improvement.

Having team reporting for these CRM activities can help keep everyone accountable for their lead follow-up and appointment creation. Tracking

Broker Reporting

The broker reports tab will display information for agents within their brokerage, including calendar events, calls added, contacts added, and the number of logins.

Regularly reviewing and analyzing these reports in your real estate CRM can gain valuable insights to help you make more informed decisions about your marketing and transaction strategies.
