<h2><strong>Drip Campaigns</strong></h2>
<p dir="ltr">From our Drip Campaign tool, you have two options. You are able to create a custom program with your own content or you can customize one of our stock programs. There are many different events that you are able to include in your campaigns. You are able to send an email, print a letter, set up a call on the phone, or send a text message. Our tool gives you the option to set the number of events that you would like to have and the number of days that you want to have in between your events. </p>
<h2><strong>Real Estate Flyers</strong></h2>
<p><span>Another simple yet effective real estate marketing tool is one you’re already very familiar with: flyers. You’ve likely used flyers for years to advertise homes for sale. Now, find quick and easy templates for making great flyers right in our CRM.</span></p>
<h2><strong>Email</strong></h2>
<p>When you create an email event, you fill in your subject line, salutation, name format, and signature. All of our events will give you the option to select which signature you would like to use. Our stock campaigns have plenty of templates to choose from. We have anything from a 10-Day Conversion Plan to 6 Touch Past Client campaigns in English and Spanish! These campaigns can be edited and customized to your liking. We always recommended making campaigns personalized to you and your brand, that way all of your marketing will be cohesive and consistent.</p>
<h2><strong>Wise SMS Text</strong></h2>
<p>For Text and Video messages, you will need to select an SMS text message number and sign up for <a href="https://wiseagent.com/blog/send-sms-text-messages-now-with-wise-agent-crm">WiseText</a> service. Once you have your WiseText service set up, you can start to compose your text message. When creating this event, you are able to add placeholders that autofill clients’ names into your texts as well as images or videos that are stored on your computer. This tool also gives you the option to pull saved videos from your account. For example, you can use a Bomb Bomb video or any marketing images that are stored in your account.</p>
<h2><strong>Letters</strong></h2>
<p>When creating a Print Letter event you are given many options to chose from and able to completely customize this event to your liking. You have the option to chose the margin of your letter down to how you want the label and envelope to appear. With the Print Letter events, there is a legal disclaimer section at the bottom that will appear in the footer of the letter that will keep you compliant with all your letters.</p>
<h2><strong>Set Up A Phone Call </strong></h2>
<p dir="ltr">If one of your events is making a phone call, our tool makes it easy for you to create that event and assign it to a team member that you want to make that phone call. From that event, you are able to insert a call script so that you can make sure that you touch every point that you wanted to discuss with your client. Once that event is made and assigned, it will appear on your Call List. After the Call is completed, you will be able to see when the call was made, by who, and any follow up notes that the team member has written in about that call. </p>
