<p dir="ltr">Wise Agent CRM provides a co-branded CRM for brokers and team leads. You will have a unique registration link that redirects agents to a co-branded registration page, and all accounts will have the company logo added with a preset theme color.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Wise Agent also offers completely white-labeled CRM solutions for those brokerages looking to offer their agents a completely branded experience. <h3 dir="ltr">Brokerage-wide CRM Set Up and Support</h3>
<p dir="ltr">Wise Agent also happily provides complimentary agent onboarding and account setup. Wise agent reps will register your first list of agents, and any future agents will use the co-branded URL that we create and provide to the broker. All agents from the broker's account will be set up as outside team members.</p>
<p dir="ltr">When an agent account is registered, they are added as a contact to the broker's account with the source ‘Wise Agent User.’ That way, you can send quick emails to all active agents in the CRM.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Wise Agent also provides one on one 30-minute onboarding sessions for all agents. Your agents will set up their agent profile page, import an existing database, and connect any integrations and lead sources they may want to use or requested by the brokerage. You can also easily upload custom signatures for all your agents to use in their emails.</p>
<p dir="ltr">And if you decide to include texting or any other add-on features, our reps will also set up those features during the onboarding process.</p>

<h3 dir="ltr">Sharing Leads, Content, and Appointments with Your Brokerage</h3>
<p dir="ltr">As a broker or team lead, you can automatically share leads with your agents through the lead automation feature for any outside lead sources based on filters. You can, of course, also manually share leads from the contact list page. You can track a shared lead's activity under the contact notes section on the contact summary page.</p>
<p dir="ltr">You can track all the leads shared with a specific agent on the lead tracker section on the outside team page. You can just as easily revoke access to a lead from a particular agent at any time. Brokers and admins on the broker account can also log into their agents' accounts to see detailed activity and reports.</p>
