<p dir="ltr"><span>Emails are one of the easiest ways to stay in touch with your database. You want them to be attractive and professional, and Wise Agent’s got you covered! An email signature is easy to build in your Wise Agent account. An email signature includes your agent photo, contact information and logo. Every email or newsletter should be “branded” with your Agent information. Let’s learn how to set up your email signature in Wise Agent!</span></p>
<p dir="ltr">To begin, click on the Profile button. Make sure your information is correct and complete, including your company logo and agent photo.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Next, you will click the Email drop-down and select Email Signature. You will then need to decide if you want to use one of Wise Agent’s templates or create your own email signature. You can also import an email signature that you already have designed or purchased from a third party.</p>

<p dir="ltr">If you’re starting from scratch, Wise Agent offers complimentary stock signature templates that are available in different colors and styles, and are completely customizable. They will wrap around each email sent through your account. When creating your template, the photo, logo, and personal information will be pulled from your "Profile" page.</p>

<h5 dir="ltr">Please follow these steps to create a template of your own:</h5>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Under the Email menu, click on "Email Signature"</p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Click on the orange "Template" button. A pop-up window will open</p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Select the template you wish to use. You may choose to customize it by adding and/or removing information.</p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">When complete, name the template and click on the green "Save" icon</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Email verification</h2>
<p dir="ltr">Also, remember that you will need to verify your email address for the email branding in Wise Agent. Verifying your email will improve your overall email sending capabilities. </p>

<p dir="ltr">Until your email address has been verified, you will be unable to send emails including bulk and drip campaigns. When you don't verify your email, your Wise Agent account will let you know which emails need to be verified. You are able to get a verification email sent to your email address. All you have to do is click on each hyperlinked email address in the modal. </p>
<p>Once you see a green check mark next to your email signature in the signature drop down, you are ready to send out emails. </p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Verify Your Domain</h2>
<p dir="ltr">If you own your own domain, it is important to also verify your domain. This verification process not only ensures the authenticity of your emails but also presents a more professional image to your recipients. If you choose to not verify your domain, you emails will be sent with "@wa-delivery.com" added to your email address.</p>
