<h4 dir="ltr">What is a Repeating Email? </h4>
<p dir="ltr">It’s a pre-drafted email that can go out on a certain day of the year or certain predetermined time such as daily, weekly, or monthly. </p>
<h4 dir="ltr">How does it work?</h4>
<p dir="ltr">From the Email icon on the Contact Summary Page, simply create an email that you would like to be sent out. There are email templates available for you to work from including Holiday, Home Sale Anniversary, or even your own Letters.</p>
<p dir="ltr">You can include placeholders that will automatically populate the client’s information when the email is sent so that you can use the same emails for multiple clients.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Once you have the email ready, you’ll click on the Repeat Tab and select how often the email will repeatedly send out, whether it be Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, and how often the email should repeat from 1 to 30.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>This feature was intended to make sending updated MLS links to your clients automatically a breeze. That way they can continuously stay up-to-date with little or no effort from you.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">You also have the ability to manage the repeating emails for multiple clients all at once. You can run a search in your Contact List to find the clients in your database that have repeating emails scheduled and Pause or Resume the repeating emails in bulk.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Scheduling holiday emails to go out ahead of time is a great way to stay in touch without a whole lot of work from you. This will work great for emails that will go out on the same day of the year each year such as Christmas, Birthdays, or Halloween. </p>
<h5 dir="ltr">Home Anniversaries </h5>
<p dir="ltr">This is an extremely important email to send out, and a recurring email will make sure it never slips through the cracks. Wishing a previous client a happy home sale anniversary is not only a kind gesture and shows you care, but also a great way to get your name and information in front of them for referrals or future business. They will be happy to recommend your services to friends or family after they have been received with care and not forgotten.</p>
<h5 dir="ltr">Reminder Emails (Daylight Savings, Taxes, etc)</h5>
<p dir="ltr">Setting up helpful reminders throughout the year is another way to utilize the recurring email function. It will not only help your clients by giving them reminders about tax day coming up or to change their clocks for daylight savings but also put your name and face top of mind with past clients.</p>
<p dir="ltr">We also recommend adding ‘Set Up Recurring Emails’ to your Transaction Checklists as a task so that you don’t forget! It’s a good habit to create when taking on a new client and will save you time later down the road.</p>
