Wise Agent has announced its new Ambassador Program, a group of top real estate professionals from across the country who are bringing their knowledge and insights to help Wise Agent deliver an industry-leading CRM. 

The Wise Agent Ambassador program fosters stronger connections between real estate experts and the development of Wise Agent products. Through this program, ambassadors are able to assess upcoming Wise Agent offerings, provide valuable input on company initiatives, and receive opportunities to grow their brand.

Nikki Beauchamp

Nikki Beauchamp, a trusted advisor with over two decades of experience is a broker at Sotheby's International Realty in New York City. Born and raised in Manhattan, she boasts exceptional expertise in navigating New York City's dynamic real estate market and extends her skills globally. Nikki's holistic approach considers clients' lives beyond city limits, fostering enduring relationships that span generations and continents. Frequently featured in leading media outlets such as Forbes, US News & World Report, Architectural Digest, and The New York Times, she also insights as a contributing writer and speaker at esteemed conferences. Career accolades have included, recently being honored as a RIS Media Newsmaker. Nikki actively volunteers and holds leadership roles in industry organizations. She is a classically trained musician, passionate about the arts and philanthropy, in her free time she supports various nonprofits and stays involved with her alumni communities at NYU and Fiorello H. LaGuardia HS. She enjoys exploring the city  & world and capturing its beauty through the lens.

 

Ed Brittingham

Ed Brittingham is a REALTOR with RE/MAX Eclipse, specializing in the Detroit-Metropolitan area of Michigan. As a Veteran, Ed brings dedication and a strong work ethic to his real estate career in Sterling Heights and beyond. He helps clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling, or investing. Leveraging his local market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and dedication, he strives to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations. Ed holds several designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representation Specialist), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

 

Nakia Brooks

Nakia Brooks was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee moved to Georgia in the mid 90's. After many years of law enforcement began his career in real estate and continued a love for helping others and real estate! Nakia is an experienced real estate professional with almost two decades of knowledge, training, and experience under his belt! Having worked over 1,000 transactions of which 700 have been short sales, he had to know how to get the deal done! Nakia plays an integral part in the Northeast Area Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR), graduated from the Georgia Association of REALTORS® 2019 Leadership Academy, and is the State Director and State Chairperson for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR). Not only is Nakia very proud to be a REALTOR® and his association at the local, state, and national level; he is extremely proud to contribute to RPAC. Alongside of selling real estate, Nakia is the Operating Broker | Owner at Heartland Real Estate! He works day in and day out training other real estate sales professionals how to do the things he has done over the years!

 

Nicholas Feagley

Now as a REALTOR, Nicholas has built a successful real estate business, Nicholas Feagley REALTOR LLC. Nicholas has also founded and built a successful Real Estate Marketing & Podcasting company Turning the Key to Real Estate. Nicholas continues to break real estate industry records in sales, innovation, technology, and client experience/satisfaction. Nicholas proudly serves on many committees with the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTOR (GHAR) and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTOR (PAR). The National Association of REALTORS recognizes Nicholas for the following certifications and designations: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Nicholas founded and started The Feagley Team in 2021 bringing on other agents that mentor and train with Nicholas. Nicholas was appointed to GHAR & PAR Board of Directors in 2022 and has been appointed to sit as Vice Chair for two different committees for 2023.

As an independent licensed Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, ABR, CRS, e-PRO, and C2EX endorsed, Greg stands out with 34 years of experience in building custom homes and he's one of the RamseyTrusted brokers helping CT Buyers and Sellers. His dedication to providing direct, personalized service has earned his agency a BBB A+ rating, leveraging his tech-savvy approach to ensure smooth client transactions.

 

Tamara Inzunza

Tamara Inzunza is a seasoned veteran in real estate, serving families in Northern Virginia for the past 27 years.  Having navigated through multiple market cycles, she has adapted and built a business that is mostly agent-to-agent referrals, repeat clients, and past client referrals. She holds several designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and has also served as VP of Education for Realty One Group Capital. Her service to the industry includes participating on the Education Advisory, Grievance Committee, and currently Technology Advisory Group at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

 

Franke Joehl

Franke Joehl boasts nearly a decade of real estate expertise, commencing his journey at 18. As VP Regional Operations at EXIT Realty South Central, a subfranchisor covering  Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, & Oklahoma, Franke manages diverse tasks from franchise operations and compliance to office setup and agent training. He champions industry advancement through education, motivation, and advocacy, epitomized by his motto: Empower, Inspire & Thrive! Franke's commitment extends to his roles as a Major Investor in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and NAR President's Circle. His accolades include the EXIT Realty Corp. Marki Lemons Ryhal

Jeremias "JMan" Maneiro

Andrea Marzullo-Lane, the dynamite Realtor with 17+ years of experience, moonlights as a motivating volunteer and supermom! She runs workshops, masterminds, and accountability groups and teaches classes in the Phoenix area and virtually using the technology of video conferencing. She is passionate about helping others grow their wealth and improve their lives and does that through both of her businesses. Growing Social Butterfly, a social media management and education company has become her newest passion. She takes the stress out of social media and makes it fun for those who work with her.
