<h2 dir="ltr">Distributing Real Estate Leads to Inside and Outside Team Members</h2>
<p dir="ltr">With your <a href="https://wiseagent.com/blog/lead-management-made-simple-save-time">Lead Management in Wise Agent</a>, you’ll be able to set up rules that trigger automated actions when any real estate leads come in from your lead sources. These rules can be made for each independent source that you receive real estate leads from, and can vary between lead sources. Setting up how you’d like to distribute real estate leads to team members will be one of the automated actions you can set up with your source’s lead rules.</p>

<p dir="ltr">After saving your lead rule, you will be able to add lead distribution filters. These filters allow you to distribute leads by day of the week, zip code, or round robin. Both Inside and Outside Team members will populate on the Team Member list to choose from. Once you have selected the Team Member name(s) you would like to add the filter for, simply select ‘save’ on the filter and then remember to save the lead rule.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Sharing Real Estate Leads</h2>

<p dir="ltr">When sharing real estate leads from the actions drop-down from the Lead Tracker list on the Outside Team page, there will be two options to choose from before sharing. </p>
<ol>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">‘Include your Contact Notes with the shared clients’, means that the Team member you are distributing the lead to will be able to see all of the notes you have previously added to the Contact Record previous to sharing.</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">‘These clients are Leads that I would like to track’, means that any notes that are added after the Lead is distributed to the Outside Team member will be visible within your account. </p>
</li>
</ol>
<p dir="ltr"> You can also include a message to the Outside Team member that you are sending the lead to. </p>

<p dir="ltr">Leads can also be distributed manually from the Contact Summary page and the Contact list within Wise Agent.</p>
<p dir="ltr">To share leads from the Contact List page:</p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Select the names of the contacts you wish to share</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">From the Actions drop-down menu select ‘Share Contacts’</p>

<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">On the next page, verify the contacts you are sending over to your outside team members</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Click next and then select the names of the Outside team members you wish to send the contacts to</p>
</li>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Click on the actions drop-down and then on ‘Share Contacts’</p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">From the next page select the Outside team members you wish to send the contacts to and then hit send</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Lead Rules for Real Estate Leads from an Outside Team Member</h2>
<p dir="ltr">When your Outside Team Members accept leads from you, they will be able to set their own rules for the lead to follow when they are accepted into their account. They will have the choices of </p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Changing the original source that you sent the lead over with</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Applying an existing lead rule from their account</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Assigning the lead to their own already existing categories or new categories</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Keeping the lead in the same categories they were sent over with</p>
</li>

<h2 dir="ltr">Track Your Distributed Real Estate Leads </h2>
<p dir="ltr">Tracking the leads you are distributing to Outside Team members is done through the Outside Team Leads page. From this page, you’ll have an overview of all of the leads you have sent out on the Lead Tracker list. This list can be sorted by Lead Name, Accepting Agent, Status, Date Sent, and Last Update by clicking at the top of each column. </p>

<p dir="ltr">There is an Actions drop-down menu on this page that allows you to perform individual or bulk actions for shared leads including removing leads from the list, sharing leads to more team members. You will also have the option to revoke access to a lead which will remove that lead from the account that you shared it to. An example of a use case for this would be if, as a Broker, you wanted to reassign a distributed lead that wasn't being follow-up with from one agents account to another.</p>

<p dir="ltr">You can also see the appointments, leads, checklist templates, marketing, and vendors that you have shared to Outside Team members from the Sent tab.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Lead Statuses</h2>
<p dir="ltr">The statuses for leads include</p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Accepted - meaning the lead was accepted by the Outside Team Member</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Declined - meaning the Outside team member did not accept the lead</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Deleted - meaning the agent that sent the lead deleted the contact</p>
</li>
<li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Waiting Approval - The Outside Team member has yet to accept or decline</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p dir="ltr">You can also track shared leads through the Contact Notes on the Contact Summary page. Once you are on the Contact Summary page you will be able to view any notes that were added by your outside team member. If your team member updates the contact’s status or rank from the Contact Summary page this information will also transfer over to your account.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr">Tracking Real Estate Leads Shared to You </h2>
<p dir="ltr">Under the Received Tab there is a section for you to track leads that have been distributed to you, called Contacts.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Additionally, notes indicating whether a lead has been shared to your account, shared to another account or assigned to a Team Member will appear on the Contact Summary page as part of the contact record. </p>
