<p>Welcome to Wise Agent! You’re about to embark on a journey to grow, organize, and simplify your real estate business. Don’t worry—we’ll make it easy for you to hit the ground running. Follow these three simple steps to get started!</p>
<h3>1. Set Up Your Profile</h3>
<p>The first step is to set up your profile so everything in your account syncs smoothly. Here’s how:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Click on the Gear Icon</strong> in the upper-right corner of your screen and go to the Profile tab.</li>
<li><strong>Update Your Contact Information and Time Zone</strong>. Keeping this information current is essential since it automatically updates across your account.</li>

<p>Next, upload a few files to complete your profile:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Profile Photo</strong>: Upload a headshot to personalize your account.</li>
<li><strong>Company Logo</strong>: Keep your branding consistent by including your logo.</li>
<li><strong>Social Media Links</strong>: Paste the URLs of your social accounts so they appear in your email signature.</li>
</ul>
<p>Once you save these details, your profile photo, logo, and social links will automatically appear in your email signature.</p>

<h3>2. Create Your Email Signature</h3>
<p dir="ltr">Think of your email signature as your <strong>digital business card</strong>—it’s one of the first things your clients and leads will notice! Wise Agent makes it easy with a variety of pre-made templates to choose from. You can even create and store multiple email signatures for different purposes or for additional team members.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Here’s how to create your email signature:</p>
<ol dir="ltr">
<li>Navigate to the <strong>Email tab</strong> on the left-hand side of your account and click <strong>Email Signature</strong>.</li>
<li>Select your name (or a team member’s) from the dropdown menu to import their profile details.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Template</strong> to choose a design, then customize it with your information.</li>
<li>Hit <strong>Save</strong> when you’re done!</li>

<h3>3. Add Your Contacts and Leads</h3>
<p>Having all your contacts in one place is key to staying organized and communicating effectively. Wise Agent offers several easy ways to add your contacts and leads. Here’s the step-by-step process:</p>
<h4>Step 1: Import Contacts from a CSV File</h4>
<ul>
<li>Export your contacts from your current system to a CSV file.</li>
<li>Import the file into Wise Agent using the <strong>Import/Export page</strong> under the <strong>Contacts tab</strong>. Need help? Email the file to help@wiseagent.com, and we’ll take care of formatting it for you!</li>
</ul>
<h4>Step 2: Connect Your Online Lead Sources</h4>
<p>Connect your online lead sources to automatically pull leads into their Wise Agent account through <strong>Email Parsing</strong> or <strong>API Integrations</strong>. (You must have an existing account with the integrated partner to set this up).</p>
<ul>
<li>Go to the <strong>Lead Rules page</strong> under the <strong>Contacts tab</strong>, where you’ll find a list of our integrated partners. Click on any of our partners for detailed instructions on how to connect them to Wise Agent.</li>
<li>For <strong>Email Lead Capture</strong> (Email Parsing), copy the unique parsing email address associated with your Wise Agent account.</li>
<li>For <strong>API Integrations</strong>, copy your Wise Agent API Key. You can even create separate API keys for team members who use their own integrated tools.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Step 3: Set up Lead Rules</h4>
<p>Now, you can create <strong>Lead Rules</strong> for leads that enter your account from these sources!</p>
<ul>
<li>Click the “+” button on the <strong>Lead Rules page</strong> to create a new rule for each lead source.</li>
<li>Options include sending automated responses, assigning leads to team members, or adding them to drip campaigns.</li>
