Your Brokerage's Co-Branded CRM

Wise Agent CRM provides a co-branded CRM for brokers and team leads. You will have a unique registration link that redirects agents to a co-branded registration page, and all accounts will have the company logo added with a preset theme color.

Wise Agent also offers completely white-labeled CRM solutions for those brokerages looking to offer their agents a completely branded experience. This will include a custom domain, custom theme colors, email signatures, and more.

Sharing Leads, Content, and Appointments with Your Brokerage

As a broker or team lead, you can automatically share leads with your agents through the lead automation feature for any outside lead sources based on filters. You can, of course, also manually share leads from the contact list page. You can track a shared lead's activity under the contact notes section on the contact summary page.

You can track all the leads shared with a specific agent on the lead tracker section on the outside team page. You can just as easily revoke access to a lead from a particular agent at any time. Brokers and admins on the broker account can also log into their agents' accounts to see detailed activity and reports.

Brokers can easily show calendar appointments for important events and meetings. They can also request view access or edit access to their agents' accounts, making it easy to assist agents with managing their CRM accounts.

Broker Reports in Wise Agent CRM

With Wise Agent's broker reports, Brokers can access basic reporting in their wise agent account for all agents working as outside team members.

Brokers will get access to reports on calendar events, calls added, emails sent, text sent, tasks added, contacts added, and even the number of logins to the CRM.
