We are excited to introduce an <strong>enhanced integration</strong> with Transaction (zipForm® Edition). This integration gives agents the ability to access and manage their contacts, transactions, and files across the CRM and Transactions (zipForm® Edition) platforms.</p>

<h2>Your Contacts in Both Platforms Instantly</h2>
<p>This integration includes a single-sign-on feature that allows you to log in from one system to another without having to type different usernames or passwords, <strong>saving you time</strong>.</p>
<p>Your contacts are already in your CRM, and now when you need those contacts in Transactions (zipForm® Edition), it is simple to pull them in. Anytime you update a client from zipForm®, the update will automatically push over to Wise Agent, eliminating any dual-entry work and making working between the two systems seamless.</p>

<h2>Introducing: Retrieve Documents with Just One Click!</h2>
<p>Gone are the days of downloading and uploading files to multiple platforms.Your files can now be pulled from your zipForm® account directly into your contact summary page or as an attached file to your checklists within Wise Agent. The Contact summary profile pages in Wise Agent act as the base for accessing the new integration features.</p>
<p>With many Real Estate Agents juggling their transactions across multiple platforms, this integration seeks to save REALTORS® time that they typically use for data entry and uploading and downloading files and allows them to put it back into their businesses to make more money.</p>

<h2>Viewing & Managing Transactions</h2>
<p dir="ltr">From any contact summary page in Wise Agent, you will see a drop-down under your client’s profile image called “Integration Actions”. This will allow you to start or view a zipForm® Plus transaction for the contact. From the same modal where you view and manage your transactions, you are also able to pull files directly into your client's summary page and save them as attached files that can be viewed, downloaded, and attached to transaction checklists within your CRM.</p>
